Avoiding and Managing Adverse Treatment Outcomes

I will use my 30 years as an expert witness and my review of 1400 malpractice cases to point out simple procedural adjustments that the average practitioner can make to prevent adverse outcomes. I will also discuss management strategies for dealing those that have occurred with the objective of avoiding a malpractice action. I will share actual cases from my file to make the discussion take on real life situations.
