Tycie Sellers brings over 25 years of extensive experience in the dental industry to her role as Executive Director for DentaQuest in South Carolina. Her career trajectory showcases a diverse range of expertise within the field. Ms. Sellers began her dental journey in 1998 as a chairside and hygiene assistant in a pediatric dental practice. During her eight-year tenure, she honed crucial skills in front office management, financial negotiations, and insurance regulations, while also developing strong interpersonal abilities. Following her pediatric dentistry experience, Ms. Sellers expanded her professional horizons by transitioning to general and cosmetic dentistry for more than five years. This phase of her career further refined her adaptability and versatility in various dental environments. From 2011 to 2016, Ms. Sellers served as the Provider Engagement Representative for DentaQuest in South Carolina, before advancing to her current executive role. Her comprehensive background and ability to navigate diverse professional landscapes have been instrumental in her success as a leader in the dental healthcare sector.

Marva Davis brings over 14 years of expertise in supporting healthcare providers with South Carolina Healthy Connections Medicaid. Her career experience encompasses a diverse range of experience within the field. Commencing her career at DentaQuest in 2010 as a Customer Service Representative, Marva quickly distinguished herself by developing strong relationships with providers and their staff. She became renowned for her ability to resolve complex issues, ensuring providers received exceptional customer service. Recognizing her talents, DentaQuest promoted Marva to Team Lead for the Customer Service team in South Carolina. Her continued excellence led to a further promotion to Supervisor of Customer Service. These roles enhanced Marva's knowledge base, preparing her for her current position as Provider Partner. In her role as the designated Provider Partner for South Carolina, Marva excels in efficiently addressing provider inquiries and consistently exceeding expectations. She plays a pivotal role in resolving complex provider issues and serves as the primary point of contact for South Carolina healthcare providers, leveraging her extensive experience to deliver superior support and guidance.
