Dr. Virginia Jones

With nearly fifteen years of experience in the dental industry and more than three decades of C-suite leadership, Dr. Virginia “Ginny” Jones offers exceptional depth and breadth of expertise in the administration of complex healthcare organizations. She currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Village Family Dental, a thirteen-location, multi-specialty dental privately held group practice , and Valleygate Dental Surgery Centers five dental-only ambulatory surgery centers, with additional centers under development. In this role, Dr. Jones provides strategic and operational oversight for more than 450 employees and directs organizational revenues exceeding $115 million across the Southeast. Dr. Jones’s areas of specialization include strategic planning, organizational scalability, operational optimization, and growth through acquisition and collaborative partnerships within the healthcare sector. She serves on the Board of the American Academy of Dental Group Practices, the Task Force for Oral Health in North Carolina, the Board of the North Carolina Ambulatory Surgery Centers, and Region 6’s Healthcare Advisory Team. Dr. Jones has also been an invited speaker for the American Academy of Dental Group Practices, Becker’s Healthcare, and Intacct. Through her extensive leadership experience and industry insight, Dr. Jones is widely regarded as a leading authority on the integration of dental practice management, ambulatory surgery center operations, and broader healthcare system strategy.

Dr. Bryant S. Edwards

Bryant S. Edwards, DO, is chief board‑certified anesthesiologist and Medical Director at Valleygate Dental Surgery Center in Fayetteville, North Carolina. He joined Valleygate in 2019 following a distinguished 27‑year career in the United States Army, where he served in progressive clinical and leadership roles across nursing, emergency medical services, and anesthesiology. Originally from the Mississippi Delta, Dr. Edwards brings a lifelong commitment to service, patient safety, and operational excellence in pediatric dental anesthesia. In addition to his clinical work, he is actively engaged in entrepreneurship and philanthropy, with a focus on community impact and expanding access to care.

Kimberly Grimsley

Kimberly Grimsley serves as Chief Operating Officer of Valleygate Surgery Centers, where she focuses on building strong teams, optimizing operations, and supporting people while guiding the organization’s growth with purpose. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Finance and her MBA from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke. With a strong passion for numbers and operations, Kim brings both analytical insight and practical leadership to her role. At the heart of her work is a genuine commitment to people—whether mentoring team members, sharing knowledge, or fostering an environment where others can succeed. She believes that great organizations are built by investing in the people behind them. Outside of work, Kim enjoys spending time with her family and values the balance and perspective it brings to both her life and leadership.

Dr. Jordan Olsen

Jordan Olsen, DDS, MS, a partner and pediatric dentist at Village Family Dental and a partner and founder of Valleygate Dental Surgery Centers, was born in Ridgecrest, California. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University in Utah and his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2010. Following dental school, he completed his Master of Science and Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry at the University of North Carolina School of Dentistry in 2013. Dr. Olsen is passionate about expanding access to care, to vulnerable populations including patients with special needs, and through his role with Valleygate Dental Surgery Centers, he helps support safe, high-quality surgical environments for children and other patients requiring specialized care. He has been an active participant in many community-based initiatives and is a consistent volunteer. Dr. Olsen is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the North Carolina Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, and the American Dental Association.
