Communication in the dental office is weird and complicated. This lecture helps untangle interpersonal relationships so you can understand why things get weird. We will learn to manage expectations, navigate conflict and be more persuasive when conflict occurs in your clinic.

  2. Learn the different types of conflict and how they can be used in the office
  3. Address some of the most common conflicts in the dental office
  4. Learn why bad clinical dentists can have successful practices and good clinical dentists can have unsuccessful practices

Ben Popple is a pediatric dentist who practices at White Oak Pediatric Dentistry in Newnan, GA. He received his dental degree from Medical College of Georgia and completed his pediatric specialty training at Yale New Haven Hospital in Connecticut. He has been in private practice for just over 10 years. He also runs a pediatric dental education instagram page called Post It Pediatric Dentistry.
