This year SCDA’s group rate at the Hilton Columbia Center, located across from the Convention Center. The Hilton group rate is $199 plus tax. Our group discount expires on July 1, 2025 OR when the block is full. We highly recommend making your reservation at your earliest convenience as it will be a busy time in downtown Columbia. Reservations received after July 1, 2025 will be confirmed on a space and rate available basis.

For hotel guest room bookings, one night room and tax deposit will be taken at the time of booking, and that would be refundable up to 7 days prior to arrival. The early departure fee is also a one-night charge.
