Exhibitors & Sponsors

The exhibit hall is currently FULL. If you would like to be on our waitlist, please register for our waitlist through the Exhibit and Sponsor Registration site and register for our waitlist. We will be in touch if any exhibit spaces become available.

The portal to register for an exhibit space or a sponsorship is now open! We have limited exhibit spaces, so we suggest that you secure you space and sponsorship early. Space assignments for the exhibit hall will be assigned in the spring of 2024. Spaces will be assigned based on sponsorship level and then by date of the received agreement.

Exhibits will be open Thursday, August 22nd and Friday, August 23rd. Setup for exhibitors will take place on Wednesday, August 21st after 5:00 pm and breakdown will be Friday afternoon, terms and conditions apply. Please visit the agenda for more details on the schedule.

Exhibitors will be provided with a 6′ draped table, 2 chairs, and one outlet in their 8’ x 6’ space. If you need additional furniture or assistance with shipping, please see our show order form or reach out to Chandler Sweat at Carolina Expo. For conference questions, please email Laura Jordan.
