Your conference registration fee includes admittance to the Thursday welcome reception, exhibit hall, and most educational sessions. Educational sessions are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis, so we strongly encourage you to register early for your preferred sessions.
We will hold a Botox class on Thursday, August 14th as part of the Annual Session. In order to participate in this class, you must register for the Annual Session. The cost for the Botox Class is $2,000 which includes the Doctor and one staff person. The course is limited to the first 24 dentists. Once the class is full, we will start a waiting list in case of cancellations.

If you should have to cancel your participation in the SCDA Annual Session, refunds for registration will be made less a $35 administration fee, if a written request is received by email on or before June 30, 2025. No refunds will be issued after June 30, 2025. All refunds will be processed within 30 days following the conclusion of the conference.
The exception is if you are registered for the Botox class, refunds will only be made for this class if we are able to fill your spot. If we are unable to fill your space, the fee will be non-refundable.

We are currently taking exhibitor applications for booth space at the 2025 SCDA Annual Session. Exhibit applications are processed and then reviewed by our committee. We give priority space to our sponsors and dental community vendors. This year’s Annual Session will be held at the Columbia Convention Center in Columbia, SC.
Exhibits will be open Thursday, August 14th and Friday, August 15th hours will be posted at a later date. Setup for exhibitors will take place on Wednesday, August 13th after 4:00 pm and breakdown will be Friday afternoon.
All exhibitors will be provided with a 6′ draped table and 2 chairs. Exhibit spaces will be 10′ x 8′ at this year’s show. Information on show services, furniture rentals, etc.. will be available in 2025. For conference questions, please email Laura Jordan.

In South Carolina, the minimum age for the consumption of liquor, beer and wine is 21 years of age. SCDA’s official policy is to respect the drinking age restrictions set by the jurisdiction where an event takes place. No one under the age of 18 will be allowed in the Exhibit Hall.
Any pictures/video taken at the event may be used for publicity purposes.
